1、画面尺寸由720x400调整为1024x576
2、加入滤镜若干，画质较第一版有所提升。
3、字幕由Sub格式（封装）改为Srt格式（外挂）

【剧情简介】

    许怀谷（许冠文 饰）专职为人算命，而且被人称为神算。实际上，他不过是预先搜集了客人的资料，而且利用了客人的心理，招摇撞骗。税务局局长的夫人疑心丈夫有外遇，来找许怀谷占卜。没想到许歪打正着，竟然猜中了局长情人的名字。局长遭到妻子责骂后，决定派出评税员邱浩基（黎明 饰）调查许怀谷的收入。

    许怀谷由于头部受伤获得了超能力，接触到别人手脚就能看到对方的未来。浩基要求许怀谷接近商人洪森（方刚 饰），希望能找到他偷税的证据。许怀谷为躲避浩基查税，决定帮他调查洪森。刚开始洪森处处回避，当他得知许怀谷是个神算后，随即重金礼聘。浩基借此机会彻底调查洪森……   


【关于影片】

    《神算》是许冠文90年代初期的电影，而且由当时如日中天的黎明合演。该片以3600万创下1992年的票房纪录，是“香港历来港产片票房前50名”中的第31名。而导演许冠文是“香港电影票房冠军最多的6位演员”第4名获得者。

    许冠文，这位最善于塑造草根形象的喜剧大师，一如既往地扮演了一个小人物，一个靠摸骨给人算命的算命先生。由于遇到黎明扮演的税务局探员，而引发了一系列啼笑皆非的故事。看完之后，你会感觉小人物们是那么善良。他们可能会胆小怕事，可能会吝啬刻薄，但总是带着一种特别的温情，那就是对陌生人的一种关心。也许，这正是许冠文电影打动我们的原因吧。
